What data we handle, what for, for how long, and what you can ask us about it.

Who handles your data
The details you give us when you sign up or write to us are handled, as controller, by the provider of the service, whose details and privacy email are shown at the top of this page. The data you enter in your ERP (your customers, your staff, your sales) is yours: there you are the controller and we only process it on your behalf, under the data processing agreement.
What data, what for and on what basis
To create and keep your account, your email address, your name and the name of your business (basis: the contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR). To invoice the service, your company’s tax details (basis: legal obligation, art. 6.1.c). To reply to you, whatever you write in the form (basis: your own request). To protect the service, technical access and security logs (basis: legitimate interest in security, art. 6.1.f). We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t use it to train models.
For how long
For as long as your account is active. After that, invoices are kept for 6 years (Commercial Code); proof that you accepted the terms and the action audit trail, 3 years (limitation period under the LOPDGDD); access logs, 1 year; the IP address of each access, 90 days; and contact enquiries, 1 year after they are answered. The system applies these periods on its own, every night.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, take it with you, object to a processing, ask for it to be restricted or deleted. From “My account → Privacy” you download your data and request deletion without writing to anyone; you can also write to the provider’s privacy email. We reply within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Processors and transfers
The service relies on hosting, backup and email providers, all in the European Union, and — only if you switch them on — on integrations such as WhatsApp, Google or an AI assistant, which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards stated for each one. The full list, with each provider’s country and safeguard, is on the sub-processors page.
