The system knows when a job has been sent and when the agent has accepted it. If the printer reports back, we also know the paper came out; if it doesn’t, we tell you instead of assuming. Silent printing depends on the installed agent: without it, there’s always the PDF or browser-print route.
Connect the printer
Install the agent on the counter computer and pair the till. If you haven’t got a printer yet, documents come out as PDFs.

Install it, open it and pair the till with the code your shop gives you.

Not a problem: in the meantime, documents are generated as PDFs and you can print them from the browser.
