Each published price shows the amount excluding VAT and, directly below it, the total including 21% VAT. This rate applies to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Tax treatment for businesses in other territories is reviewed before subscribing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account goes read-only: nothing is deleted. Pick a plan whenever you like and carry on exactly where you left off.
Does Veri*factu cost extra?
No. It’s included in every plan, because from 2027 it isn’t optional for anybody.
Can I change plan later on?
Yes, whenever you like. If you move down a plan, any modules that fall outside it are paused with their data intact; nothing is deleted.
What do I need in order to print receipts?
A thermal printer connected to the till and our print agent for Windows, which you install once. Without the agent, documents are generated as PDFs and you can print them from the browser.
Is my data mine if I leave?
Always. You can export the lot in standard formats from your company’s own admin area, without asking us for permission.
