Terms of service
The rules of the service, in the order that matters: what you are buying, what it costs, what happens to your data and how you leave if you want to.
This text is a working draft: it describes how the system actually behaves, but it is no substitute for review by a professional. It will be reviewed and signed off before commercial launch.

Who provides the service, and to whom
The service is provided by the owner of satsm to businesses and professionals, not to consumers: it is taken out for use in a business activity. The provider’s identifying details are shown at the top of this document and in the legal notice. Creating an account means accepting these terms; if you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind it.
What you are buying
Access to cloud management software — point of sale, workshop, inventory and invoicing — with the features of the plan taken out, updates included and nothing to install. Each company works in its own space, with its own database and its own address. The software is not sold: its use is licensed for the life of the contract.
Signing up and the trial
Signing up requires verifying your email address: nothing is created until you follow the link. The trial is free and asks for no card. When it ends, the account goes read-only until you take out a plan — you can still view and export what is yours — and nothing is deleted simply because the trial ended.
Prices and payments
The amounts published on the pricing page at the moment of signing up apply, in advance and for the period chosen. Taxes are added as the applicable rules require. A price change is never applied backwards: if prices go up, it is announced far enough ahead and you can close your account before it affects you.
Missed payments
Where a payment is missed there is a grace period, with warnings by email beforehand, before anything is limited. No data is deleted over a missed payment, and an operation in progress is never cut off: the service is limited between working days, not in the middle of a sale. If non-payment continues, the account goes read-only and you are warned before any cancellation.
Your data is yours
Everything you enter — your customers, your sales, your repairs — is yours. We host it on your behalf and use it for nothing else: no advertising, no selling it on, no training models. You can export it at any time from your own admin area, without asking permission or waiting for someone to prepare it.
Data protection
For the data of YOUR customers, you are the controller and we are the processor: we handle it on your instructions and only to provide you with the service. The data processing agreement, with the detail required by article 28 GDPR, is published on the “Data processing agreement” page, and the list of sub-processors on its own page. The company’s owner or an administrator accepts it before starting to work, and is asked again if it changes. The servers and the backups are in the European Union.
Security
Each company has its own separate database, passwords are stored with modern key-derivation functions, and access carries a second factor. Your customers’ sensitive data is encrypted. None of that removes your part: keeping your passwords safe, removing people who leave and reviewing who has access are things only you can do.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, to store content that is not yours, to send unsolicited messages to third parties, or to attempt to reach another company’s data. Access may not be resold, and one account may not be shared between separate businesses.
Suspension
An account is suspended only for prolonged non-payment, for use that puts the service or other people’s data at risk, or where the law requires it. Unless it is a security emergency, there is always warning first and a chance to put it right. Suspension does not delete data.
Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the service continuously available, with maintenance announced in advance and, wherever possible, outside business hours. The specific availability commitment will be published with the final terms: while there is no signed figure, none is promised.
Support
Support is provided through the channels published on the site. To enter your space and help you, we must open a support session with a written reason, which expires on its own and is logged: you can see it and close it yourself. Nobody on the team gets into your company’s data without that trail.
Intellectual property
The software, its code, its design, its documentation and its brand belong to their owner. Taking out the service transfers no rights over them beyond use for the life of the contract. The generic catalogue of makes and models offered for import is licensed for use inside the product.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by breaching these terms, within the limits the law allows. We are not liable for what is outside our control — your connection, your hardware, a third-party service you switch on — nor for how you use the system to meet your own obligations, tax ones included: the software helps you meet them, it does not take them on for you.
Term and cancellation
The contract lasts for the period taken out and renews unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel whenever you like, from your admin area and without calling anyone. On cancelling you have 30 days to download everything of yours before permanent deletion, and you are warned before that window closes.
Changes to these terms
If they change, it is announced in advance and the date of the new version is published. A change that materially disadvantages you entitles you to cancel without penalty before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The specific venue for resolving a dispute will be set in the legal review; until then, any disagreement will first be worked out by talking, writing to the contact address.
