Loyalty rewards
- A general rate, plus specific ones by category, product or service.
- Each amount earned has its own expiry date, and whatever expires first is spent first.
- Taken off at the till as a discount, in euros or in points — your shop decides.
- A customer code that scans at the counter, just like a membership card.
- Coupons and automations: a first purchase, a birthday or customers who haven’t been back in a while.
- Expiry reminders by email or WhatsApp.
