Your customers book on Mi Reparación and the shop sees it straight away in its calendar.
What it does
- Prices per model just like the POS: category, brand, model and service.
- Time slots based on your hours, closures and drop-off pace.
- Alert in the ERP as soon as an appointment comes in, without reloading.
- Reminder for the customer and a link to cancel or change the time.
- Receiving the appointment at the POS creates the ticket with its price and parts.
- Limits per person and no-show control so nobody fills up your diary.
