Nothing to do with the payments in your shop: this is what the platform charges you. A payment is only treated as good when the gateway confirms it, never because the browser came back from the payment page.
What you need
SATSM must contract and validate a BBVA virtual terminal with recurring payments. The gateway stays disabled until configured, and bank tests are clearly identified.
