Prepare stock replenishment
Review proposals before turning an inventory need into work for your team.
Before you start
Check items, stock levels and suppliers. Restocking rules and an owner must be configured.
Review the catalogue
Open Inventario → Reposición → Propuestas. Check the item, Quedan, the minimum and the Pedir quantity. If Sin proveedor appears, review the supplier in the item record before proceeding.
Prepare the rules
Reglas lets you review the criteria. Ajustar la regla and the item record open the relevant settings. Check minimums, supplier and lead time before enabling purchases.
Start with a simulation
Expand Ver la tarea que se crearía to read the proposal. Check ACTIVA or SIMULACRO: the button changes the operating mode, not just the displayed view. RECALCULAR refreshes proposals; it does not place an order with the supplier.
Enable the intended workflow
Pedir ahora creates a merchandise task inside the system. Track it in Solicitudes and continue with your business purchasing procedure. Also review below-minimum items that are not proposed and the reason shown on screen.
Check the result
The task should identify the item, proposed quantity and supplier where applicable. Review the result before purchasing.
