Read your workshop activity
Separate current workload, trends for a selected period and historical totals in the dashboard Analysis tab.
Before you start
Open your store dashboard and select Analysis (Análisis). You need permission to view workshop indicators.
Open Analysis
On the main dashboard, choose Análisis beside Mi jornada and Inventario. Cards show active repairs, pending tasks, customers this month and repairs from the last seven days.
Change the trend period
Choose 7d, 14d or 30d above Tendencia de reparaciones. The solid line represents the current period and the dashed line the previous period. This selector changes the chart, not every indicator on the page.
Read states and devices
Below the trend are historical states, top manufacturers and most repaired devices. Each heading and selector defines its scope. Do not interpret a historical total as a monthly figure.
Go from overview to work
Ver reparaciones opens the repair list. A device in the ranking opens repairs for that model. When sharing a screenshot, avoid lists containing customer names, phone numbers or device identifiers.
Check the result
Check the period and definition of each block before comparing numbers. Active repairs, recent new repairs and historical states measure different things.
